Owner
Teresa opened 3D Labs in October 2018. Her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and prior 12 years of experience in the dental field is an important asset to the lab. Teresa is very self-motivated and enjoys working on a team.

Kenni Clouse
Manager
Kenni joined 3D Labs in 2019. With nearly a decade of experience in the dental technician field, Kenni has built a career rooted in accuracy and innovation. Her meticulous attention to detail, especially in contouring and pre-sinter staining, sets her work apart in the industry and is the foundation of realistic, natural-looking teeth.

Ryan Larsen
R&D Specialist and Manufacturer
Ryan joined 3D Labs in 2023. His previous background as a dental assistant in a high-tech practice along with his Master's Degree in Science and Business Innovation adds a wealth of knowledge and precision to our workflow. He works with doctors planning implant surgeries as well as designing and manufacturing dental prosthetics.

Hailey Burroughs
Lab Technician, Ceramist
Hailey joined 3D Labs in 2025. With 10-years of experience, she brings a strong technical background and attention to detail to the 3D Labs team. She is currently expanding her expertise in ceramics and fixed restorations, applying her hands-on experience and precision to every case.

Brenda Snizek
Lab Technician, CAD/CAM Design
After over 20 years as a college math instructor and a graphic artist, Brenda joined 3D Labs in 2019 as a dental CAD/CAM designer, where she found the perfect blend of her love for computer design and her analytical math abilities. Her education and experience have taught her to combine esthetics, precision, symmetry, and functionality which she applies to every case she designs.
“I love the 'equation' of All on X cases. There are known factors and constants and many variables; using what we know, we solve for variables to optimize outcomes. It's math. It's predictable...and when you get the answers right, it's very satisfying."
